At End Cap Technology, LLC, we insure that our employee's and sub-contractors adhere to our Safety and Health Plan. ECT's key personnel are certified in both OSHA 30 HR Construction Safety Training and OSHA 40 HR HAZMAT training. All other employees are required to have OSHA 10 HR training. ECT implements a zero drug and alcohol tolerance policy. A strict policy for a drug-free work environment, ensures employee competence in the work place. Having our safety program in place in accordance with requirements
set by state, local, and federal governments, increases the level
of employee's awareness concerning potential workplace hazards and
encourages safe work practices.
